Nouveaux leaders pour un monde en changemen
Balanced Dual Language Immersion Approach:
Our French, Chinese, and English Language and Literacy programs are designed to cultivate fluency and literacy in all three languages. Grounded in the multilingual, global science of reading framework, these programs emphasize the systematic teaching of phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension based on the linguistic demands of each language. This balanced approach ensures that we provide equal instructional value and time to French or Chinese, alongside English. As a result, students build strong literacy skills across all three languages, preparing them for academic success in a multilingual environment.
College and Career Readiness (CCR):
BGC PCS prepares students for success by equipping them with the academic skills and mindset needed to excel in high school and college, ensuring they are ready for the challenges ahead.
Critical Learning & Exposures (CLE):
We design learning experiences that expand students' horizons, deepen their cultural and linguistic knowledge, and immerse them in the life of local and global communities, fostering a well-rounded and engaged worldview.
Innovative Courses Powered by New Technology:
Unique courses like Media Literacy and Digital Citizenship, History and Cultural Studies, and Global Awareness and Cultural Competency integrate technological and cultural literacy. Middle school offerings prepare students with practical and academic skills, including coding and cultural competencies.
